The minimum order value is €99.00.
Delivery time
We usually process orders on the same day.We reserve the right to make partial deliveries.The purchaser is bound by their order for 7 days.Goods that are not in stock at the time of ordering will only be delivered upon the express request of the customer.
Shipping Domestic/International
Shipping is done by cash on delivery with the post or UPS.Only in exceptional cases do we deliver on account or via direct debit.We ship abroad only with advance payment.If you order something, we pack the package and write the invoice.We will fax or email it to you.After we have received the payment, we will send the package.
The shipment is made at the recipient's expense and risk.
Outside EU
We need your VAT identification number; otherwise, we will have to charge the current German VAT of 19%.(16% during the period from 1.7.20 to 31.12.20)
Prices and Discounts
Discounts or cash discounts do not apply to tiered discounts or specially marked items.
On credit, our invoices are due after 14 days.In case of payment delay, we charge the customary bank interest rate.The delivered goods remain our property until full payment is received.We deliver under extended retention of title.
All wholesale prices are subject to the statutory value-added tax.
If checks or direct debits bounce, the discounts granted on the invoice will be forfeited and must be repaid.
Complaints
Complaints must be communicated to us within 6 days.We then decide whether the goods should be returned or not.As a rule, we send a DHL pickup slip for returns.
Defective scales must definitely be forwarded to the manufacturer.The manufacturer checks whether the scale was possibly damaged by improper handling by the customer.In this case, the manufacturers also charge for the inspection of the scale.
Transport damages must be reported directly to the delivery person upon receipt of the goods.
Quality of the goods
Since many items are handcrafted, they may differ in shape, size, and colour from the illustrations.The stickers depicted on the pipes are examples.We deliver the pipes sorted by common motifs.
The prices are subject to typographical errors.
Jurisdiction
The place of jurisdiction for merchants and legal entities is the registered office of Bam Bam Bhole GmbH in Berlin.Bam Bam Bhole is in any case also entitled to call upon the court at the business customer's location.
